Big picture window installed by Power Home Remodeling in 2107. It went bad, so I filed a claim in 2021, sent pics etc. Power sent email saying yes, their responsibility to fix and will do. As of Sept 2023 - 15 months later - all I've heard is yes, the claim is on file, yes the order went in the day I put in the claim but so sorry, it's still ...
I have experience working for D2D Companies and Power Home Remodeling. I want to play both sides, and devils advocate for this company. The company itself offers a good product, a good installation, and a good warranty. I've worked for another Sales company before, and typically these companies will cut corners on one of these three items.
Wanted to share my experience with Power Home Remodeling so far. We had someone come out for a free 'window estimate' 2 days ago, and we ended up having the guy look at our roof because that's higher up on our list of priorities. He gave us the hours long sales pitch, and we stupidly signed the paperwork for a contract with them.
Product and warranty is 100% scam and I am looking for others for potential class action etc. I have a large picture window that Power Home Remodeling installed in 2017. In 2021 it went bad and I filed a claim. Have in writing that they claim responsibility and will replace but 15 months later still no new window.

If you are reading this because you have signed a contract with them and started doing some digging, CANCEL, CANCEL, CANCEL your contract if you are within ...

ItS NoT a CuLT, and yet: -First things that pop up if you Google “Power Home Remodeling” is MLM, cult, legit. upper management pushes how “great” the “culture” is and how you’ll never find something like it. -incentivized current members (staff) to recruit friends and family to the church (company).
This. I'll never give business to someone who bothers me at home uninvited. I work from home and I do not appreciate being interrupted by salespeople I never requested. I just tell them I don't own the home (technically true since I have a mortgage) and am not looking to do any work on it. Then I shut the door.
Their sales team (remodeling consultants) are 100% commission, so that’s why they can afford to do things like Mexico and their other events for employees. I didn’t see anything illegal while I was there, but it’s a very toxic culture.
Power Home Remodeling Advice Needed! So.....my partner and I fell for the Power Home Remodeling "scam". We are new homeowners and in an older house and long story short got nervous about waiting to replace a sliding glass door with lots of wood rot around the frame.
