Hi Matt, I had the same issue as you. I am using Word. Here is what I did to solve it. Go to Print and select the Adobe PDF as printer. Then select Printer Properties. On the Adobe PDF Settings tab, uncheck the "Rely on system fonts only; do not use document fonts" box. 35 Upvotes.
hmm, I'm not sure then, it seems to be the only thing to resolve the issue. I right click the field, go to properties, go to format and custom and then add in that script. And I did that on each of the fields causing problems. The other script on the form is for like shadow wording in certain fields.
So I rebooted and tried to print the Word doc. The dialog box opened as to where to save. Then nothing. So I thought I would try a simple Photoshop file. I opened a letter size board and drew a yellow circle on it. Tried to print then got this: Now the print box seems to be stuck on the document. I wound up having to print to MS PDF. HELP!!!
Unable to print large format drawings from Adobe Reader DC 64 to my HP Designjet800PS 42. I can print pdf's to my other printers as long as they are letter size 8 1/2 x 11. Nothing larger. The 32bit version worked flawlessly. Its as if its not seeing the printer when the print size is changed.
