All other apps show print que populated and successful print occurs, but not with Word. I was thinking about going back to windows 10 version 1909. I downloaded Windows 10 update version 2004 yesterday now my Cannon 4820 printer will not print any PDF files from the website or from File Explorer. I have the latest driver for the printer. I ran the printer troubleshooter and was able to print out a test page.
I finally fixed that little problem and now today, I went to print, and it simply won't print any Word document. The font doesn't matter. Period. It will print web pages, excel, PDF files, notepad, txt files, etc. but it will not print any documents in Word. It shows it as sending it to the printer, but the printer never "gets" it.
