An SUV was reportedly driving 60 to 70 mph northbound in the southbound carpool lanes of the 405 Freeway near Getty Center Drive just after 4 a.m. Tuesday, according to California Highway Patrol logs.
The incident began around 4:45 a.m. when police responded to reports of a woman acting erratically near 4th and Rose avenues in Venice, the Los Angeles Police Department said in a news release.
