From 2010 to late 2014, GE Appliances & Lighting was a sub-business under GE Home & Business Solutions. [ 12 ] On September 8, 2014, General Electric agreed to sell the company to Electrolux , a Swedish appliance manufacturer and the second-largest consumer appliance manufacturer after Whirlpool Corporation , for US$3.3 billion in cash.
A variant of the C30-7, 50 GE C30-7As were purchased by Conrail in mid-1984. Externally similar to the GE C30-7 model, six tall hood doors per side (in place of eight) showed it had a 12-cylinder (rather than 16-cylinder) prime mover. Both engines produced 3,000 horsepower (2,200 kW) but the C30-7A's smaller engine used less fuel.

Converted to CERES 140 by Coast Engine & Equipment Co. with Cummins QSK45L prime mover in 2008-2009. 91 General Electric Co. 1,450 hp (1,080 kW) C-C: June 1954 32061 Originally, GE pattern GEX3341 [71] with Alco 6-251A prime mover. The GE U30B was a diesel-electric locomotive produced by GE Transportation between 1966 and 1975. It was a further development of the U28B, with a 3,000 hp (2,200 kW) 16-cylinder prime mover. [1] The U30B competed with the EMD GP40 and the ALCO Century 430, but was not as successful as the GE U30C.
GE's original design had the rounded nose flush with the pilot front, but the Santa Fe rejected this, and the locomotives were fitted with a front walkway. The locomotives were painted in the Santa Fe's famous Warbonnet colors, in exactly the same style as the railroad's F units — unlike the modified scheme used on the U28CGs.
Restoration price includes £2,155 import tax & shipping and £1,000 travel expenses. Carburetor and air filter caught fire shortly after purchase. Bonnet paint was blistered and car was unsafe to drive. This car is more correctly a 210 model (the middle trim range) with Bel Air (top trim range) quarter panel trim.
