The formatting of the title of a pamphlet, which is on the divide between a booklet or short book on the one hand and a leaflet or brochure on the other – specifically, whether to italicize the title or place it within quotation marks – is left to editorial discretion at the article in question.

For titles of books, articles, poems, and so forth, use italics or quotation marks following the guidance for titles. Italics can also be added to mark up non-English terms (with the {{ lang }} template), for an organism's scientific name , and to indicate a words-as-words usage.
Use Module:Citation/CS1 or one of the templates listed below. Use a period as a punctuation mark to separate fields and end the citation. Use a semicolon as a punctuation mark to separate authors and editors. Format the title of longer works in italics. Format the title of short works such as chapters in quotes.
In general, sections that are one to four paragraphs long are the most readable. Headings normally omit an initial "the" or "a", and avoid repeating the title of the article. Typically only the first word in a heading is capitalised (sentence case). Heading 1 is the article's title and is automatically generated.
Quotation marks, rather than italics, are generally used for the titles of shorter works. Whether these are single or double depends on the context; however, many styles, especially for poetry, prefer the use of single quotation marks. Short fiction, poetry, etc.: Arthur C. Clarke's "The Sentinel"
If it's being addressed as a short story, quotes; if as a book, italics. E.g. in a list of the writer's short stories, don't italicize one just because there's an edition of it somewhere in one-story book form; in a list of the author's books, don't change one to quotation marks because it only contains a short story.
