Lake Hydra is a spring-fed lake located north of the city of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, in the United States. Since 1980, a commercial recreation area, with facilities for scuba diving, has operated at the location. Lake Hydra had planned on selling the property to a warehouse company and it was expected to close operations.
The park includes an 1890s Looff Carousel, an outdoor stage, an extensive network of picnic areas, a wooden roller coaster, a haunted house, a shooting gallery, bumper cars, a boat ride along the park's lake, eateries, a miniature golf course, and a small-gauge train ride through the park, in addition to several other rides and attractions.
Complimentary parking for the PGA Championship is available at the Kentucky Exposition Center (937 Phillips Ln.), where attendees can catch a shuttle to Valhalla Golf Club each day of the tournament.
One disc golf course is open year-round at the park. The course winds through the woods near Hopewell Lake and provides both short and long pin locations.
