One Mindanao (also known as GMA Regional TV One Mindanao; formerly known as Testigo, 24 Oras Southern Mindanao and 24 Oras Davao) is the regional newscast of GMA Network's Mindanao stations in Davao, Cagayan de Oro, General Santos, and Zamboanga (2022-2024). Originally anchored by Tek Ocampo, it premiered on October 4, 1999.
Following changes of its now-main newscast 24 Oras, Balitang Amianan was rebranded as 24 Oras North Central Luzon effective November 10, 2014.. The program delivers news and current events coming from the Ilocos provinces and Abra. It is initially aired live weekdays from GMA Ilocos studios in San Vicente, Ilocos Sur and was simulcasted on TV-5 Ilocos Norte and TV-7 Abra. Premiered on June 25, 2012, the newscast began airing weeks after the launch of GMA Ilocos.
GMA News TV's programming was fully restored by September 21, 2020. On November 21, 2020, Sports Interactive Network, an affiliate news portal of GMA, published an article that the network announced plans for a possible reformat of GMA News TV into a news, sports and variety channel which is similar to the old format of Citynet Television and QTV.
GMA News TV was created as a replacement for "Q", a network that primarily featured imported dramas and lifestyle-oriented programming aimed at women. It was also part of GMA News and Public Affairs' plans to expand its presence on free-to-air television. GMA News TV was unveiled on February 7, 2011, during GMA Network's flagship newscast 24 Oras.
