The Southcore Financial Centre (SFC) is a building located in 120 Bremner Blvd, Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The building is central to the redevelopment of the area in a new neighborhood known simply as South Core. The SFC is composed of two towers (PwC Tower and Bremner Tower) totaling 1.4 million square feet.

The Bay Adelaide Centre is an office complex in the Financial District of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The first phase, a 51-storey skyscraper known as Bay Adelaide West, was completed in July 2009. The second phase, the 44-storey Bay Adelaide East, was completed in October 2016. [ 2 ]
The TTC's Customer Service Centre is located on the ground floor of the building. [2] The building is 28 metres (92 ft) wide, 50 metres (163 ft) long and contains 11,000 square metres (120,000 sq ft) of floor space. Its exterior is made of limestone quarried at Queenston, Ontario. The main-floor lobby is lined with light brown Italian marble.
It was completed under the Government of Ontario's Toronto Accommodation Plan, a ten-year plan to reduce the carbon footprint of most Ontario government office buildings in Toronto. [ 2 ] A new two-storey glass atrium extends from the main-floor lobby and part of the second floor east toward Jarvis Street to bring in more natural light.
