2. Bing's own snippet generator for embeded maps has an option to add the Bird's Eye View, but when checked it only adds a "View bird's eye" link under the map which redirects you to www.bing.com with the Bird's Eye View selected. 3. Im actually working on a MVVM WPF App. There was bing maps integrated within the application, and everything is working correctly on the maps except the Birds Eye View Mode. The API key was probably created in 2012 and the project was also created in 2012. The birds eye view map is ok above 10km but below, i just have a white screen.
1. Bing Maps V8 currently doesn't have Birdseye. A new birdseye experience is being introduced to V8 within the next few months. This new experience has a lot of new imagery which uses a different format from the old birdseye experience. Given that the imagery that is in V7 is very old and is a major point of DSAT, it was decided to hold off on ...
1. For a client I need to show a static Bing map, in Bird's Eye view, with the street labels turned off. I can accomplish Bird's Eye view with no labels for dynamic view by just clicking the toolbar buttons for Bird's Eye view and labels off. But my goal is to show this for a static map, on load, without the need to click any buttons.
I am hoping to fetch images of locations using BirdsEye (BE) view through Bing Maps API (using Python 3.x). Unfortunately I was unable to find any relevant documentation for BE view on the BING API site. Also there is a conflicting information on whether BirdsEye is included in the latest version of the Maps API. 2 questions:
1) Hide the show angled view check box somehow with css. The issue here is that I can't get to the HTML content using the IE developer toolbar of firebug as it only displays when selected. 2) Attach to the map maptypechanged event and if birds eye map selected set it back to the map type it used to be. Both of the above are far from ideal.

I have recently been looking at using Bing Maps API to return images of properties and was very interested in the oblique imagery provided by Bing. However, when I go to implement it myself, I find that the birdseye view does not return the building of interest.
navigate into Bing Maps page; set Bird's eye view of the specific geolocation (latitude, longitude) and; make the page appear full-screen; I have taken a look at the Bing Maps page Create a Custom Map URL. but I can't make it work in WPF.
Has anyone been able to display Bing's bird view imagery set with Openlayers? There are examples that show how to use Openlayers with Bing, but it only works for 'Road', 'Aerial' and 'AerialWithLabels', but doesn't work with birdeye imagery sets. Any pointer is appreciated.
