Calvary (Latin: Calvariae or Calvariae locus) or Golgotha (Biblical Greek: ΓολγοθαΎ¶, romanized: Golgothâ) was a site immediately outside Jerusalem's walls where, according to Christianity's four canonical gospels, Jesus was crucified.
