The 2023 FIA World Rally Championship was the 51st season of the World Rally Championship, an international rallying series organised by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) and WRC Promoter GmbH. Teams and crews competed for the World Rally Championships for Drivers, Co-drivers and Manufacturers.
WRC Promoter GmbH is a media company based in Munich, jointly owned by Red Bull GmbH and KW25. The company is responsible for all commercial aspects of the World Rally Championship and European Rally Championship .

Former WRC-2 champions Pierre-Louis Loubet and Vincent Landais contested selected events in a fourth car. Jari Huttunen and Mikko Lukka represented the team in WRC-2. Sébastien Loeb, the 9-time world champion, has tested the car several times and join the team for a part-time drive. [10] [11]
