Raja Chulan ibni Almarhum Sultan Abdullah Muhammad Shah II Habibullah KBE (1 July 1869 – 10 April 1933) was a member of the Perak royal family. He was born on 1 July 1869 at Tanjung, Brambong.

He was made raja di hilir in 1933, succeeding Raja Chulan, who died that year. He was appointed raja bendahara in October 1938 upon the death of his father.
