This list ranks the highest completed skyscrapers and buildings in Metro Manila — the National Capital Region of the Philippines as of July 2022. These stand at least 150 meters (492 ft) tall, based on standard height measurement according to Emporis and CTBUH (unless otherwise stated, the two sources agree on the height of a building).

Century City is a 3.4-hectare (8.4-acre) mixed-use development in Makati, Philippines being developed by Century Properties.Several of the Philippines' upscale and tallest buildings, namely The Gramercy Residences, The Milano Residences, The Knightsbridge Residences, and Trump Tower Manila are located here, as well as the 17,000-square-meter (180,000 sq ft) Century City Mall. The towers are to be replaced with a new complex with two-towers connected by a multi-storey structure. The towers will be 272 m (892 ft) and 220 m (720 ft) high. [3] Upon completion, the taller tower will become the tallest steel structure in the Philippines.
