Having problems 1= blind spot indicators coming on when there is nothing there, 2= navigation goes out while driving down the road, 3= back up camera stays on while driving forward, 4=sirrus radio comes and goes. 2013 FORD ESCAPE ABS, traction control, 4x4 disabled. I have a 2013 Ford Escape that has recently started having problems. My ABS light is on, when I first start to take off my car will stop moving but still stays running. My traction control light will blink while this is happening. Then after a few seconds I can go again.
I purchased my Escape brand new in 2015. Love the car! It’s my first Ford and it now has 71,600 miles on it. A little over a month ago a warning message appeared in the display screen above the steering wheel: “Engine Fault - Service Now” the car was running fine and the warning went away when I restarted the car.

We drive a lot and in some extreme conditions in the prairies of southern Manitoba Canada 80%paved highways 20% gravel,hot dusty summers and cold winters.

Ford finally authorized the dealership to replace the entire EGR system from hoses, to sensors, to valves, to control units. They still haven't fixed that subwoofer rattle that we are all dealing with though.
