I had to factory reset it, I get to the step where you type in the code you see on the Quest into the app, but the app just says it can’t detect the headset (even though I see it’s connected via Bluetooth, but with no way to “Forget” the device on iOS as support suggested, like you also found).

Small update: I tried booting into the bootloader and use fastboot to reset the device.
