If you no longer have your Security Key, use these steps: Go to the Sign-In Helper. Sign in and go to the AOL Account Security page. Turn off Security Key 2-Step Verification. When you get your Security Key back or get a new key, you can re-enable 2-Step Verification in your Account Security settings.
