Michael "Trigger Mike" Coppola (July 2, 1900 – October 1, 1966) was a New York City mobster who became a caporegime of the 116th Street Crew of the Luciano family, which later came to be known as the Genovese family. Coppola headed many Genovese family criminal operations from the late 1930s until the early 1960s.
Michael "Trigger Mike" Coppola was a top lieutenant in the 116th Street Crew of Ciro Terranova. He took over the crew sometime between 1932 and 1936, after Terranova was "put on the shelf" (i.e. forced into retirement) by the new Luciano-Genovese-Costello regime of the Luciano crime family .

Salerno climbed the family ranks by controlling a possible million-dollar-a-year numbers racket operation in Harlem and a major loansharking operation. In 1948, Coppola fled to Florida to escape murder charges, and Salerno took over the crew.
Michael "Mikey Cigars" Coppola – during the 1980s served as acting capo for Tino Fiumara. In 2009, he was imprisoned and sentenced to 16 years. [ 24 ] He was released from federal custody on October 20, 2022.
