Recently paroled Raymond Ross steals a car and runs over its owner, teenaged Troy Bowman. Ross takes the stolen car to his hometown of Humboldt, Tennessee , where he strips it for parts. Police see Ross trying to transfer the parts into the truck and become suspicious, but Ross talks his way out of it.
Bonham police helped Fannin County Sheriff’s Office and Texas Department of Public Safety find a man who escaped from jail. A second escapee turned himself in.
Divorced from Robert Evans, 24 year-old Hugueny married 21-year-old freelance photographer Raymond A. Ross in April 1968 in Santa Barbara, California. In December a son was born. The marriage ended in 1974, but sources are unclear whether she was divorced [citation needed] or widowed. [1]

Richard C. Ross (May 5, 1927 – March 11, 2012) was an American politician who served in the New York State Assembly from the 88th district from 1973 to 1980. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] He died on March 11, 2012, in Indio, California at age 84. [ 3 ]
Roy Raymond was born April 15, 1947, in Connecticut. He started an early business at age 13 in Fairfield that produced wedding invitations. [3] He attended Tufts University, graduating in 1969. [3] Raymond earned his master's degree in Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1971. [4] [3]
