Vision City is multi-phase housing development in Kigali, Rwanda currently being built by Ultimate Developers LTD for the Rwanda Social Security Board. At 4500 units [1] and a total cost of 150 million USD [2] it is the largest residential housing project in the country's history. [3] The first 500 units were completed in 2017.

Kigali Green Complex (KGC), is a building under construction in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda and the largest city in that country. With 29 above-ground floors, the skyscraper is expected to be the tallest building in Kigali and Rwanda, at the time of completion. The design calls for an additional 6 underground floors. [1]
In January 2016, the government of Rwanda signed an agreement with Dubai Ports World (DP World) to construct what is officially referred to as the Kigali Logistics Platform (KLP). DP World would then manage and operate the dry depot for 25 years from the date of completion. [3] The development sits on 30 hectares (74 acres) of real estate.
