Hillman is a village in Alpena and Montmorency counties in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 605 as of the 2020 census . [ 2 ] Nearly all of the village is located within Hillman Township (Montmorency County), with only a small portion extending into Green Township (Alpena County).
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Hillman Township has a total area of 69.0 square miles (179 km 2), of which 67.6 square miles (175 km 2) are land and 1.4 square miles (3.6 km 2), or 1.99%, are water. [1] It is drained by the Thunder Bay River, which crosses the southeast part of the township on its way to Lake Huron.

The area that became Highland Park began as a small farming community, on a large ridge at what is now Woodward Avenue and Highland, six miles (9.7 km) north of Detroit. In 1818, prominent Detroit judge Augustus B. Woodward bought the ridge, and platted the village of Woodwardville in 1825. The development of the village failed.
As of the census [1] of 2000, there were 10,691 people, 4,076 households, and 2,946 families residing in the township. The population density was 664.7 inhabitants per square mile (256.6/km 2).
Lincoln Village is a neighborhood located on the West Side of Columbus, Ohio and is known for its long history and historical impacts it has had on the surrounding communities.
