Apple's Safari will NOT work with AARP's web site. Different people have different problems with AARP's web site using Safari. My problem is that AARP's web site won't recognize that I am signed in when I attempt to use Safari. Try using Firefox as your web browser and see if that makes a difference with your issue.
I can sign into my AARP account, but I cannot get into the My Rewards section. It asks me to log in and I get this: SORRY, WE ARE HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT . I've tried changing passwords. I also renewed my membership in AARP (later found out I was early), because I thought it had expired and that was the problem.
According to the eligibility requirements of an AARP UHC Supplemental plan, You must be an AARP member to enroll in an AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance plan. So your membership number is probably the problem - I am assuming that you each have to have your own account and AARP membership and that UHC checks this the 1st year.
