Whitby Town Football Club is an English football club based in Whitby, North Yorkshire. The club participates in the Northern Premier League , the seventh tier of English football. Founded in 1880, Whitby are one of the oldest clubs from the North Riding of Yorkshire .
Whitby Town F.C. was founded as Streaneshalch Football Club in October 1880, [1] soon after its foundation the club changed its name to Whitby Church Temperance. The name was changed in late 1882 to Whitby Football Club and continued to play friendly games as well as competing in the Scarborough & East Riding County Cup.

Bramwell moved to Grimsby Town's youth academy in 2020 having played for the academy of Premier League side Newcastle United. [1] In April 2022, Bramwell signed his first professional contract with the club. [2] He made his full professional debut in a 4–4 draw away at Eastleigh on 15 May 2022, playing the full 90 minutes. Lewis Henry Hawkins (born 15 June 1993) is an English footballer who plays as a midfielder for Whitby Town. Hawkins has previously played for Hartlepool United, York City, Spennymoor Town, Blyth Spartans and Guisborough Town.
Lee Bullock (born 22 May 1981) is an English former footballer who most recently managed Whitby Town.. He started his career with York City, with whom he played 171 league games and scored 24 goals, before he moved to First Division side Cardiff City in 2004 after a loan spell.
He also had trials at Swindon Town in December 2010. [4] Campbell left the Quakers on 8 November, and signed for Bedlington Terriers. [5] In January 2012 he moved to West Auckland Town, scoring 42 goals in the 2012–13 season. [6] In the 2014 summer Campbell joined Jarrow Roofing.
