I would suggest Bing/Microsoft fix this problem ASAP. Seeing the same pic and trending each day is getting old (Refer to movie groundhog day!) I tried what you suggested with no luck. I think the whole "inspiration" aspect of the pictures shown when you click "image" in Bing is a new thing that Microsoft has added. I used to get the "trending" picture feed when I went into the "image" option. Then one day about two weeks ago this new "inspiration" thing just showed up.

I am using Bing Desktop and it works well for searches, desktop backgrounds, and local weather. It's great! I am unable to view any "Top News", "Trending", or "Trending Images" items. All I get is the five swinging dots (the Microsoft brand image) that never resolves. I don't know if this is a Bing issue, a proxy server issue, or a firewall issue.
