What I have gathered is the RDV-1080 is in a different class sonically than the 1050 or 1060, but alas it doesn't play CD-Rs or DVD-Rs!!! It originally retailed for $1600, I thought I was scoring a deal at $535. I am looking forward to testing it with some good old fashioned store bought cds in the coming days.

My local Costco in Frederick MD has a number of BluRay movies ranging in price from $7.99 to $9.99 and some of them are fairly recent releases too. You can trust that they are not bootlegged copies and they will come with all the original artwork and packaging.

Accessories4less is legit. They sell on Ebay and Amazon. Onkyo has so many refurbs out there it isn't funny. I still see X07 refurbs. Side note why you see so many Onkyo refurb. They sold the most (by a HUGE margin) the last three years. Sometimes a refurb is repaired merch. Most of the time it is just a re-box.

I recently acquired a Nakamichi RE-2 on EBay for $58 and it sounds wonderful. Everything sounds so much better now than it did on my Yamaha surround receiver.
