The building, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places, is located at 100 E 13th Street in Ada, Oklahoma. Opened in 1947, it was called "one of the best equipped clinics in the Southwest."

The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as Ada Public Library in 1989. [1] The building was built in 1939 to serve as the public library of Ada.
