The Philadelphia Tax Center is the online portal to pay all city taxes and is available at tax-services.phila.gov. The City of Philadelphia is launching a new tax filing and payment website on November 1, 2021. The City will no longer accept paper copies of the annual Wage Tax reconciliation return. In addition, the City will no longer permit payments on the old eFile/ePay site or through ACH Debit over the phone.
Effective November 1, all taxpayers – including those who previously filed an annual Wage Tax reconciliation form by paper, via the previous eFile/ePay site, through ACH debit, or by phone – must use the new Philadelphia Tax Center website. No other filing or payment methods are permitted.
