Ayasa Shimamura (Japanese: 島村絢沙, Hepburn: Shimamura Ayasa, born 19 October 1991), known professionally by the mononym Ayasa, is a Japanese rock violinist [1] and voice actress. She is the violinist for the band Morfonica of the BanG Dream! multimedia franchise, which includes portraying the character Rui Yashio.

In 2006, the British folk metal band, Skyclad, released their Jig-a-Jig EP, with the tune and three tracks from the recording sessions of the band's previous album, A Semblance of Normality. While the "Jig-a-Jig" is traditional, the arrangement of Skyclad's version is similar to East of Eden's, so it is sometimes considered as a cover version.

Allen joined East of Eden in 1971, [1] and his percussion work appeared on five of their albums in the 1970s. In the early 1980s, working as a freelance session musician, Allen played on albums recorded by Bonnie Tyler ( Goodbye to the Island ), Murray Head ( Voices ) and John Martyn ( Well Kept Secret ).
