Adding another customer service number for people to try: 800-877-1760 I’ve had luck using this number to get a live person. As far as helpfulness goes, still zero. I’ve been pestering UPS for over a month now trying to get info on my lost package - a family heirloom antique mirror.

Speak directly to customer service representative 877-289-6418, option 4 (other) I just was able to speak to a live UPS person about my delivery issue (3 failed delivery attempts, even though I was home, and now being returned to sender).
Calling UPS customer service is a nightmare. They give you the run around and go out of their way to keep you from being able to speak with an actual person. Call 1-800-PICK-UPS and say "Tracking". The robot will then prompt you to put in a tracking number..... do so and you will then receive your tracking status. After that say "CUSTOMER ...

That’s ridiculous! UPS’ customer service is the worst I ever dealt with, and that’s not an exaggeration. It’s hit and miss and that facility. I have a package sent to me from Sweden just on Friday 04/06 and it went through Stanford Le Hope with no issue and it’s already delivered yesterday. So someone there is not doing their job right.
