Mark William Osler (born 1963) is an American legal scholar and a former state and federal prosecutor. Osler currently serves as a law professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota, holding the Robert and Marion Short Distinguished Chair in Law at St. Thomas and the Ruthie Mattox Chair of Preaching at First Covenant Church, Minneapolis. It organizes campus events, promotes Baylor's intercollegiate athletic teams and cares for the university's live bear mascots.
