BASSET Certification: This is your BASSET temporary certificate. This certificate is valid for 30 days from the date it was issued and proves as proof of your BASSET qualification. You can work immediately upon the receiving this certificate.
Those trained by a BASSET-approved provider since May 2015 can print their own card via the BAS SET Card Lookup feature on the ILCC’s website. You can also call the ILCC BASSET program at 312-814-0773 with proof of identification to verify certification through a licensed BASSET provider.
