The article lead currently treats "bezoar" and "enterolith" as synonyms. However, the body describes "bezoar" only in the sense of "hairball" (see Wiktionary). In the medical literature, "bezoar" sometimes is used to mean "enterolith", but I suggest putting far less emphasis on that fact in this article. I will remove "enterolith" from the lead.
