The Congress Apartments are a historic apartment building in Bend, Oregon, United States, built in 1924. On the night of March 8, 1926, they were the scene of a dynamite explosion targeting A. F. Mariott, a State Prohibition Officer who lived in unit 5 with his wife. There were no injuries.

The building originally housed six retail stores and a theater on the first floor with 20 offices and an apartment upstairs. Continuously used as a commercial building since its opening, it remains downtown Bend's largest commercial structure.
