Hall received his early education at St John's College, Nassau, Bahamas, graduating in 1964, before returning in 1965 to pursue GCE 'A' Levels. [citation needed]He received an LL.B. degree with upper-second-class honours from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Saint Michael, Barbados in 1974. [2]
In 1975, the school was taken over by the Anglican Central Education Authority based in Nassau, and Father Bishop who had been Headmaster at St. John's College, Nassau, for many years, was appointed Principal. He held the post for three years, retiring in 1978 when Mrs. Anita Osman was appointed and held the post until 1986.
He then served as the assistant to the master of novices at St. John's. [4] He was ordained to the priesthood on June 24, 1896. [3] He then served as a professor, as well as a chaplain and moderator of the Alexian Literary Society, at St. John's College. [4] He later became rector of the college and prior of the abbey. [1]

Andrews attends St. John's College in Nassau, Bahamas. A versatile athlete he competes in 100m, 200m, 400m, 400m hurdles as well as his speciality, the 110m hurdles. [1] Andrews won gold at the 2021 U20 NACAC Championships in the 110m hurdles. [2]
