So- yes it’s always pretty bad. Even in the event the may understand you, Uber gives them scripted responses and makes them follow a protocol. So if your question isn’t on one of those flow charts you may as well be speaking Martian. Imagine being a driver calling in with payment issues… 🤦♂️ fml. Reply reply.
JJ_Shosky. • 2 yr. ago. In the UberEats App: Click account in the bottom right. Select orders (first option) Select the order you were charged for but was cancelled. (Not the reorder selection, just tap the order itself) Scroll to the bottom and click "get help". Select past order.
Only asking because I've explored the entire app in-delivery and can't figure it out. 1 (800) 452-5607. 1-800-452-8949 ~ ubreats to cancel 1-800-253-9435 ~ live-order advise. I’ve used both of these numbers. I honestly don’t know the difference & don’t know why it’s different numbers than the number the other person gave.
