Fucking dims/libtards. It sounds like they were going through quickly because they were trying to empty out the system to shut it down. They have every reason to. Only the login account that starts and submits the Form can see it in their eForms account. You can see your Form 1s because you did them. Your transferring dealer does the Form 4 for a transfer, so only they have it in their account. Yep. Only the dealer can see the submitted/approved etc Form 4s. ok cool.
It’s clear what “you know” isn’t much when it comes to EForms. No real stamp stuck to a page. Transferee gets a copy of the approved PDF form at the same the transferor does. And for the OP…SS isn’t involved at all.
