Feels like high school 2.0, with the only differences being more freedom, a big campus, and less needless busywork (so far at least) Cons so far: long walks, blazing heat for the summer and presumably spring too, hard to navigate without using your phone map. It's been cool so far.

I transferred in from another school with some credits so I only had to take one class but I took INTL-I 100 for the world culture credit and it was pretty easy. I really liked my professor if you can get Stephen Macekura for anything I'd take it. 19K subscribers in the IndianaUniversity community. **Proud home of Reddit's best University and ...

Walnut Grove is brand new and is a very nice, modern dorm. Briscoe is obviously nice, and Foster is pretty decent too. NW is where all the fun happens too. 14 votes, 11 comments. I got into IU and I need to figure out which dorms I should request.

Curriculum: IU is customizable, BU is set. Online MBA rank: IU often is top 5, wasnt able to find BU rank (i guess because it's newer of a program)

After finding a course topic you might like, you can check the OCQ Dashboard and Grade Distribution on One.IU to see what other students feel about class work and time (the Dashboard) and see grade averages (Grade Distribution). That being said, I've heard astronomy classes are surprisingly difficult for many students. 3.

  10. reasons to go (or not to go) to IU : r/IndianaUniversity - Reddit

Getting to study and live in such a beautiful environment is a huge mood booster. For me at least. The social environment is also really good here. If you want to party, have fun, make friends this is definitely the place to go. People are nice and friendly. Academics wise, IU's strength is in it's humanities programs.

Most first year students think they want to live alone. Having a roommate gives you an anchor for while you're here at IU, which is more important than a lot of people. Just because of the spaces available on campus, you'll probably end up sharing a room. Ashton has single rooms and community bathrooms.
