Drudge didn't want to go the expense of continuing to pay whatever developer they subcontracted the development to ( can't picture Matt Drudge as a coder). I was "grandfathered" in and have had it on my iPhones and iPad continuously. I downloaded the new "Official Drudge Report" and I did not get a new app; I think it just co-opted the old one. Everything works just as it did before. Some users speculated that the Drudge app was originally removed from the App store due to Apple censorship.

But here are the possibilities: 1. It is a contract dispute. Either Apple wanted more money than they were getting before, or Drudge wanted to pay them less, and the other party wouldnt agree to the new terms. 2. One party or the other pulled the plug for reasons other than money.

I own an iMac with a 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and OS X V 10.4.11. As far as I know, all software is properly updated. Until about ten days ago, Safari ran like a champ. I don't remember having done anything unusual, but suddenly Safari started "hanging" while attempting to load the Drudge Report page--and only Drudge Report.

Then about two weeks ago when I clicked on it , it loads title but screen is white, nothing there. Anyone else having trouble getting Drudge Report on phone ?

Yes, as of 8/22/18, 1119hrs, Drudge Report longer available thru App Store. For whatever reason one of the most popular apps is not longer available. Drudge is gone from apple App Store! Have it on my other iPhones, trying to find for my new iPhone.
