First thing to try would be to make sure all of your battery posts and cable terminals are clean and bolted down tight, including the eyelets that come from the charge receptacle.

    This can either be from a bad connection or corroded battery cable, or because the overall pack voltage is just too low, so it's important here to check the pack voltage and all battery connections, as well as the connections at the charge lead and the receptacle. Flashing yellow usually means the pack voltage is too low for the charger to start.
