Theon of Alexandria (/ ˌ θ iː ə n,-ɒ n /; Ancient Greek: Θέων ὁ Ἀλεξανδρεύς; c. AD 335 – c. 405) was a Greek [1] scholar and mathematician who lived in Alexandria, Egypt.
