Troopers say she lost control of her truck, struck the Dodge Charger and the truck rolled before both vehicles came to rest in the center median of I-5. Jennifer Scott died at the scene. The driver of the Charger, identified by Troopers as 33-year old Esai Ibarra-Vasquez of Mount Vernon was not injured in the crash.
