Edward Joel Kowalczyk (/ k oʊ ˈ w ɔː l. tʃ ɪ k /; Polish pronunciation: [kɔˈvalt͡ʂɨk]; born July 16, 1971) [1] [2] is an American singer, songwriter, musician and a founding member of the band Live. He launched a solo career after leaving Live in 2009, releasing his first album, Alive, in 2010. He rejoined Live in December 2016.
