There are major MNCs among investors to Russia's SEZ, such as Yokohama, Cisco, Isuzu, Air Liquide, Bekaert, Rockwool and many others. Russia's 15 existing and to-be federal special economic zones are managed by OJSC "Special Economic Zones".
