Rocket Club's debut self-titled CD was released in 2008. Their second record, American Serenade , was released in October 2010. In 2010, the band coined the term "North Country" to describe its more guitar oriented, non-Southern form of country music.
Christopher Allen Hawkey (born December 25, 1970) is an American country music artist who is a member of the Minneapolis band Rocket Club and is the vocalist of the Chris Hawkey Band. He lives in the Twin Cities and also produces and co-hosts a sports radio morning show, Power Trip Morning Show .

Rocket Fuel Is The Key formed in early 1994 when guitarist Scott McNearney moved to Kansas City with the desire to start a music career. [1] After bringing in Ed Przychodzki on drums and Vic Denson on bass guitar, the lineup for the band was finished six months later.
John Reis, also known by the pseudonyms Speedo, Slasher, and the Swami is an American musician, singer, guitarist, record label owner, and disc jockey. He is best known as the singer and guitarist for the rock band Rocket from the Crypt, which he formed and fronted (as Speedo) for the entirety of its career from 1990 to 2005.
Howard started playing music professionally in 1967. He was a member of local bands The Soul Internationals, The Vadicans, The Metronomes, Dave Workman's Blues Band, Cash McCall and his Bumswipe Blues Band Boys, and The Soul Superbs. He led Arnett Howard's Creole Funk Band from 1988 to 2002. He retired from Creole Funk Band in 2002. [4]
