    According to your link your watch is an open face model 1892 Waltham which is a lever set movement. You will need to remove the front bezel and crystal which is most likely done by unscrewing the bezel. Under it you will find a small lever near the 2 on the dial. Pull the level out with your fingernail and turn the crown to set the time.
