New York State Route 25 (NY 25) is an east–west state highway in downstate New York in the United States. The route extends along the central parts and North Shore of Long Island for just over 105 miles (169 km) from east midtown Manhattan in New York City to the Cross Sound Ferry terminal at Orient Point on the end of Long Island's North Fork.
Most of the road is two lanes wide, although there are some areas where it opens up to four lanes, or simply allows center-left-turn lanes. Within northwestern Suffolk County, CR 11 provides the closest access to the Port Jefferson Branch of the Long Island Rail Road, since it runs roughly parallel to the tracks throughout its span.

New York State Route 107 (NY 107) is a 17.07-mile (27.47 km) state highway in Nassau County, New York, in the United States.The route begins at an intersection with Merrick Road (unsigned County Route 27 or CR 27; formerly NY 27A) in Massapequa, serving several communities in the town of Oyster Bay before entering the city of Glen Cove and terminating at an intersection with Pulaski Street.
