WHLC FM 104.5 is a radio station covering a small area where Georgia and the Carolinas meet. Owned by Charisma Radio Corp. (Wanda and Chuck Cooper [1]) and based in Highlands, North Carolina (also its city of license), its studios are just north of the historic downtown on the Cashiers Road ().

Highlands is the city of license for two radio stations. WHLC FM 104.5 broadcasts from a house just north of the town and is one of very few stations to still have an easy listening format. Its omnidirectional broadcast range extends into all three surrounding states, going furthest into upstate South Carolina.
