The campus of Virginia Intermont was eight blocks from downtown Bristol. Campus buildings were a blend of modern and historic structures. Major buildings and facilities are described below. The Turner Student Center, completed in 1959, is named for Dr. Floyd V. Turner, president of Virginia Intermont from 1956 to 1979.
