In 1902, a ninth grade class was added, followed by a 10th grade class in 1910 and an 11th grade class in 1915. In 1915, voters approved a $21,000 bond to construct a 21-room high school building on land south of Second Street between Stott Street and Erickson Street. On June 19, 1916, the city of Beaverton dedicated the new Beaverton High School.
