The Board of County Commissioners Meeting is held on Tuesdays at 9:00 am and the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month at 5:00 pm. Thursday meetings are on an "as needed" basis and the Board may schedule or cancel as deemed necessary. History of Warren County. Ohio was the first state created from the Northwest Territory on February 19, 1803. Warren County was established by an act of the first General Assembly of the State of Ohio, passed March 24, 1803.
